If It Means Something
It’s Worth Fixing.

Peridot and emerald gemstone ring with a halo of small diamonds, set in white gold, displayed in a white ring box surrounded by green leaves.

That ring has been on your finger through everything. That necklace belonged to your grandmother. That bracelet was the first piece of fine jewelry you ever owned. When something that meaningful shows its age, the answer is not to replace it. It is to bring it to Pollock's.

Our jewelers treat every repair like it matters, because to you it does. Whether it is a broken chain, a worn prong, a ring that no longer fits, or a white gold piece that has lost its shine, we will take a look, give you an honest estimate, and get it back to the way it deserves to look.

Laser Jewerly Repairs

Some repairs require more than steady hands. They require precision that only modern laser technology can deliver.

Pollock's uses state of the art laser welding equipment to handle repairs that older techniques simply cannot. Gold, silver, platinum we work in all precious metals with a level of accuracy that protects the integrity of your piece from start to finish. For delicate heirlooms, intricate settings, or repairs that need to be done exactly right, laser welding is the standard we hold ourselves to.

Your family's most treasured pieces deserve nothing less.

Your Pearls Have a Story
Keep It In Tact.

A pearl necklace is not just jewelry. It is one of the most timeless pieces a person can own, and one of the most vulnerable to quiet, everyday wear.

Most pearl necklaces are strung on silk thread with a knot between each pearl. That knot protects each stone from rubbing against its neighbor and keeps the entire strand from scattering across the floor if the thread ever gives way. But silk stretches. It weakens. If you look at your necklace and notice extra space between the knots, that is your necklace telling you it is time.

We recommend restringing pearl and bead jewelry at least every five years, and more often if you wear the piece regularly. Pollock's handles the entire process with care, including cleaning, so your pearls come back to you looking the way they should.
